Your Missionary Has Arrived!

We are very excited to serve with Elder Scott in the Utah Saratoga Springs Mission of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We are impressed by your missionary’s dedication and love for the Lord.  We already love your missionary and expect marvelous things from him as we move the work forward. We are grateful for your support of and encouragement for your missionary.

We feel the Lord’s love for all our missionaries as they are guided and directed int their finding, teaching and missionary service. Together, we are moving the Lord’s work forward in this part of His vineyard. As a mission, we look forward to the miracles that will occur as your missionary fulfills the missionary purpose, which is- To invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost and enduring to the end.








Re the MTC: "The campus is super nice, huge mountains nearby that look as unreal as the grand canyon, actual REAL green grass, everyone's super nice, they have huge BOM murals all over the classroom buildings. The weathers beautiful I might never come back." "The choco milk is rly good but overhyped." "I've got to see 2 temples so far, Payson & Timpanogos, they were both nice, they're building one near the mtc you can see it from our window."

One Month in the Books

ZONE CONFERENCE We focused on teaching by the spirit and learning how to be better teachers, and finished the day with lots of great practice.              Has it been a month already??? That's crazy It does feel like its going fast but not THAT fast, i haven't been keeping track (i figure it'll go slower if im counting down the days like christmas). Successfully received first packages, box is nice too ill keep it as a bookshelf xd.  Boom bookshelf box.   Jakob hasn't texted us back yet, his mom said he works a lot but he should have time to send us a yes/no, we aren't letting him go like past missionaries have lol. We've had a few more lessons with Jared and he's working on coming to church 🎉.  The exchange (with Elder Winn) went well, it was only 24 hrs. So we switched back at 9 or so last night. Dino Nuggets & Firetrucks

I'm excited to go to walmart today (how is that one of the highlights 😭) getting to pick up some food and stuff, I ate my last dino nugget (yup) yesterday so im outta food, gonna get some actual ingredients this week instead of microwave stuff. My companion mostly just uses what he has, he wanted to make tacos but had no meat, cheese, or sauce so he make it with Dino nuggets, doritos, and salsa.   8.21.2025: Smelled like eggs in the apartment when we all got back. We let someone know and they told us to call 911. Well.. We just got a call from the APs, they said they were pranking the other elders we live with.  The firefighters left, and they said they didn't ready anything and joked about why it smelled bad, so we told them and they're like 'yup sounds about right' and they left, nobody said they were mad about it and that it was typical teenage stuff. 8.22.2025: On exchanges with Elder Winn.  When knocking for almost an hour in the evening, but didn't have a...
