It's Getting Cold

We had a lesson at the stake center, and while we were there it got really rainy and windy out, it was blowing trees over too, and we weren't expecting that, so we had to bike down a main road, which is basically a big dip, you start at the chapel, go downhill, back up, turn right, left, then you're at our apartment, so we had to bike  back to the apartment in this wind, but it was getting unsafe because we 1 could barely move because of how strong the wind was, and also our bikes were tilting left also because of wind all while we were freezing in our short sleeve white shirts because of the rain, we got jackets (that big one worked really well) and went knocking, a few house later a member invited us inside to have French frys and fry sauce until 8:50 (9 is curfew). 


   


I didn't know fry sauce was a utah thing, lol, im learning some stuff, apparently theres a utah accent? Saying mounain instead of mountain (i did that before anyway lol) fer instead of four, all sorts of stuff xd, 

We were biking down the townhomes and i almost ran over a snake, we decided to take a picture with it for fun then help it cross the road safely.



Tomorrow we're waking up early to go play soccer at a chapel in the morning b4 studies, so im gonna go to bed so im not super tired in the morning lol, good night! (sent at 11:17pm).

One Month in the Books

ZONE CONFERENCE We focused on teaching by the spirit and learning how to be better teachers, and finished the day with lots of great practice.              Has it been a month already??? That's crazy It does feel like its going fast but not THAT fast, i haven't been keeping track (i figure it'll go slower if im counting down the days like christmas). Successfully received first packages, box is nice too ill keep it as a bookshelf xd.  Boom bookshelf box.   Jakob hasn't texted us back yet, his mom said he works a lot but he should have time to send us a yes/no, we aren't letting him go like past missionaries have lol. We've had a few more lessons with Jared and he's working on coming to church 🎉.  The exchange (with Elder Winn) went well, it was only 24 hrs. So we switched back at 9 or so last night. Dino Nuggets & Firetrucks

I'm excited to go to walmart today (how is that one of the highlights 😭) getting to pick up some food and stuff, I ate my last dino nugget (yup) yesterday so im outta food, gonna get some actual ingredients this week instead of microwave stuff. My companion mostly just uses what he has, he wanted to make tacos but had no meat, cheese, or sauce so he make it with Dino nuggets, doritos, and salsa.   8.21.2025: Smelled like eggs in the apartment when we all got back. We let someone know and they told us to call 911. Well..
